Beginner player here. Went on a warm Saturday morning with my teen. Wait time 30min. 1st time going to a tennis court that are strict about the rules of the court play time/rotation/rack hook. Great sun exposure for a tan. Located on the BUSY walk/run/bike path...Lock& watch your items. Will go visit again.

The north court surfaces are in rough shape. I wonder if the park district has considered resurfacing them as pickleball courts. They could easily fit 18-20 pickleball courts where they have the 10 tennis courts on the north side. Given that most rec pickleball is doubles, this would provide a greater public service.
